Terms of service (ToS):

AGE:
• Commisioner must be 17+ years old to place an order.
• If the commisioner is younger than 18 and has bought a fursuit from ThoseAnthroCreatures without their guardians acknowledgment, a refund will not be provided for the already shipped out fursuit.

YOUR RIGHTS:
• The commissioner can ask for a refund for a mistake made by the maker. Price will depend on how big the mistake is. Photos must be provided.
• You can cancel your order anytime. However, you will not be receiving a refund for the cost of the materials that have already been bought.
• You have the right to ask the maker for details such as: years of experience, common flaws, any questions about the maker’s technique on a specific fursuit part (paws, tails etc.), any questions that can occur.
• You have the right to ask for a partial refund for any design-wise inaccuracies or flaws made on the fursuit.

MAKER'S RIGHTS:
• Refuse to sell a commission slot.
• Refuse to sell a premade fursuit.
• I am not responsible if the package gets lost while being shipped.
• Refuse to give a refund if the issue can be easily fixed, or is nothing major that can affect the experience of wearing the fursuit.
• I am not responsible for any mistakes made on your part over the course of the transaction.
• It is your responsibility to tell the maker features that you want the suit to have. ThoseAnthroCreatures are not responsible if after a certain stage (base making, furring etc.) you will remember that you wanted the fursuit to have a certain feature (lining, removable parts, design change etc.)
• If when it comes to the last half of the payment, when the fursuit is fully finished, your ignoring or ghosting on purpose will result in the fursuit being sold as a premade with little to no design changes.

KEEP IN MIND:
• All fursuits are hand–made. That means they will have imperfections.
• You will be asked to pay 50% of the final commission price up–front. (Before any work is done) And 50% after the commission is complete.
• Prices are calculated in Euros. (€) You will be asked to pay in this currency.
• I am a part–time fursuit maker. (Full–time in summer) Keep in mind that it will affect how fast your fursuit will be made.
• Let the maker know, if you have a desired dead–line for the commission before paying.
• Payments are held via PayPal and bank transfer.By purchasing a product or placing an order you agree to the Terms of Service (ToS) of ThoseAnthroCreatures.
